FAQ
Agencies will be recognized once they have been appointed the official Agency of Record (AOR) or take on a new client (minimum 3 consecutive months of ongoing business between the Agency & Brand (client)).
- (40%) In assessing the Agency Scoreboard, The Connected One calculates the number of new account wins an agency achieves over the course of a calendar year. A score is designated for each Account Win an agency achieves.
Agencies will be recognized taking on project or one off-projects on behalf of their client.
- (20%) In assessing the Agency Scoreboard, The Connected One calculates the number of new project wins an agency achieves over the course of a calendar year. A score is designated for each Account Win an agency achieves.
Work undertaken without charge.
- (10%) In assessing the Agency Scoreboard, The Connected One calculates the number of new pro bono assignments an agency conducts over the course of a calendar year. A score is designated for each Account Win an agency achieves.
Agencies will be ranked for having key information available (About Page, List of Services, Team behind agency).
- (10%) To evaluate the Agency Website Ranking, The Connected One looks at an agency's website and will allocate a score based on the following information being visible and easy to access by any site visitor ( (About Page, List of Services, Team behind agency).
Agencies will be rewarded points once they start the 2nd year as the official AOR or business partner as outlined in the Account Wins Ranking.
- (20%) In assessing the Agency Scoreboard, The Connected One calculates additional points on the annual anniversary of renewal the agency and client relationship.
1-10 people = 1; 11-75 people = 2; 76- 150 people = 3; 151 - 499 people = 4; 500+ people = 5
