Job type: Full-Time

The successful candidates will have an entrepreneurial spirit and a passion for public relations with a desire to go the extra mile for clients and colleagues. A self- starter with a positive attitude who takes initiative pushing our clients forward and staying ahead of the trends.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Development of media, event, corporate and crisis communications plans.
  • Provide internal and external communications strategies on a variety of client projects.
  • Execution of a wide range of public relations activities.
  • Build strong relations with clients and prospects.
  • Project and client management on client projects.
  • Execution of a wide range of public relations activities.
  • Work with internal and external teams and clients.
  • Build strong relations with clients and prospects.

Attributes and Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 5-7 years of public relations, communications experience (agency experience is a plus).
  • At least a post-secondary degree in Public Relations, Marketing, Journalism, Communications, and/or Business.
  • Client service excellence.
  • Ability to manage internal and external teams. Along with national and international client brands.
  • Ability to work with top-tier national media contacts and colleagues of Brookline.
  • Budget management expertise.
  • Strong media relations experience and media contacts.
  • Experience in developing and executing digital strategies and advanced communications plans.
  • Proficient writing expertise.
  • Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Superb project management skills; proven strategic and tactical excellence
  • Social media expertise is an asset.
  • Leadership and mentorship skills that empower, influence, inspire and develop team members.
