We’re looking for a high-performing team player that’s looking to kick-start their career in digital marketing, PR & communications. For this role we are looking for someone who can:

  • Lead digital strategy and paid social media campaigns for a portfolio of regional and national accounts
  • Execute digital marketing programs for our clients, including execution of digital strategies, social media content, visibility audits, online conversion research & monitoring.
  • Strategize influencer amplification campaigns
  • Facilitate and implement SEO strategies 
  • Be an integral part of the agency, working effectively with colleagues regionally and nationally
  • Ensure an in-depth understanding of consumer attitudes and reactions are brought to bear at every stage of development of a campaign. 
  • Demonstrate a commitment to ongoing learning about social media channels, trends and best practices
  • Contribute to a culture of learning & upskilling on paid social tactics and other digital marketing trends and all new platforms
  • Participate in new business pitches to ideate key digital & social content elements 
  • Distill data and knowledge to insights and learnings that will inform campaigns, messaging and communications for our clients.
  • Unpack research and data to help our clients understand their consumers and the market 

Qualifications

  • 5+ years working in digital marketing with a focus on social media strategy and SEO
  • A strong understanding of social media management and analysis tools
  • Strong understanding of the role of digital campaigns within an integrated communications strategy
  • A positive, can-do attitude with a focus on results
  • Ability to prioritize multiple demands in a fast-paced environment
  • Exceptional organizational skills
  • Superior interpersonal and communication skills
  • Confidence when presenting both internally and externally to clients
