  • In this unique and dynamic role, the Community Specialist will support out social media team in driving accelerated growth across multiple social media communities and platforms, through the development and delivery of social content. Delivering world-class community engagement to support our overall business objectives and social content strategy.

Major Responsibilities:

  • Create and deliver professional and engaging social strategy and content to drive brand social media equity, positive share of voice and leverages consumer engagement opportunities online.
  • Support and execute the social community strategy and direction working closely with the Media Lead to understand our brand(s) objectives and insight.
  • Understand the changing consumer landscape and champion the social consumer, providing recommendations and thought-leadership to the wider business, particularly our Brand owners and Digital teams.
  • Create and execute new ways to deliver messaging through social media content.
  • Serve as the lead social voice for our brand(s) by developing community relationships on a daily basis that really add value.
  • Tweet, comment, snap, Instagram and more! Responding and engaging with influencers, consumers and fans, working with CES, and internal stakeholders to execute our content flawlessly.
  • Identify, engage and nurture brand advocates and influencers.
  • Support the proactive management of observed emerging issues, working with our Corporate Communications and CES teams to drive, shape and protect our brands and reputation.
  • Work cross-functionally to collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to determine the most impactful content.


  • Social media professional who has a strong academic background, ideally Bachelors Degree within a creative field or Marketing.
  • 3+ years’ experience within social media required
    Experience on client side/CPG/ agency is a plus
    Community Management experience very important
  • Excellent writing skills, with copywriting experience a plus; Demonstrated Creative and Design skills – Adept in the Creative Cloud(InDesign, Photoshop and Illustrator) considered an asset.
  • Solid understanding of Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Pinterest, Snapchat, LinkedIn, etc. including backend, publishing and analytics across each platform required
  • Passion and enthusiasm for social media and a thirst for learning
    Ability to provide and communicate results to management and work in a fast paced environment
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills required Accuracy & Organization & Prioritization
  • Strong project and budget management skills preferred
  • Capable of multi-tasking and working within a fast-paced environment
    Strong analytical skills
    Ability to work independently or collaboratively within a team
    Excellent proficiency in MS Office/Excel/PowerPoint
    Experience with Social Studio or other Social Media Management Tool is a plus
