PR In Canada (a division of The Connected One) has been retained by a manufacturer who is currently seeking crisis communications/ public relations agency become their agency of record (AOR).

The Work: Review existing crisis management policies/ documentation.  Develop and update organization's crisis manual. Provide any required on-site training to staff and management.  Conduct spokesperson training.  Develop public relations strategy and implementation, and provide media relations support.

Establish social media campaigns, engage with relevant influencers to help brand awareness and promotion.

Must Haves:  Experience and knowledge of the B2B-manufacturing sector in Canada.  The agency will need to have strong crisis management experience and skills. (Prior crisis management clients is a MUST) Excellent media relations with business-to-business media.

Budget: A strong budget has been confirmed and allocated for work.
