Victoria’s Secret appoints Martha Pease as Chief Marketing Officer

Martha PeaseThis week, Victoria’s Secret has appointed Martha Pease has been named new Chief Marketing Officer.  She will start on January 25th reporting to CEO Martin Waters in their New York office.

Prior to joining she was a Partner and Director at Boston Consulting Group, where she focused on growth strategy in consumer goods, health care and technology.

Martha will have her work cut out for her as Victoria’s Secret has suffered from a decline in brand appreciation for a number of years resulting in lower sales.
