This week Tim Hortons [TCO] announced it would be expanding its loyalty reward program giving customers access to a wider selection of items across the menu and exclusive offers. The program was originally launched in March 2019 and did gain some traction with consumers. The updated program promises to provide more points and a special 2x the points campaign that runs from February 26 to March 18, 2020.

Unfortunately, that was all in the past and now consumers and franchise owners have become more frustrated with the company
