- American Express digitizes Cardmember offers with launch of Amex Offers in Canada
- New platform brings tailored offers to Cardmembers’ fingertips
Loyalty card and points programs continue to be be driver for brands to connect with consumers. Recently American Express Canada [TCO] rolled out its Amex Offers. Amex Offers is a digital platform that connects Cardmembers to tailored in-store and online merchant offers, American Express Invites, Front Of The Line.
“Today’s consumers receive an overwhelming amount of promotions from brands in their inboxes, on social media and more, making it difficult to pinpoint offers they’re truly interested in,” says Kerri-Ann Santaguida, Vice President and General Manager, Global Merchant and Network Services, American Express Canada. “With Amex Offers, we are leveraging our unique platforms like the Amex App to bring tailored, relevant offers to our Cardmembers in an easy way. In doing so, we are also driving more business through the doors of our merchants, so it’s a win-win for everyone.”
The program can be accessed though the the Amex App and American Express Online Services where Cardmembers can view offers available to them. Cardmembers will also be able to track their redemption history and see how much they’ve earned in statement credits.
