PulteGroup, Inc., one of America’s largest homebuilding companies, has named digital marketing agency Organic (www.organic.com) Agency of Record (AOR), following a competitive review. Organic has been awarded AOR to reflect PulteGroup’s digitally centric approach to growing its brands and introducing new communities in local markets across the country.

Organic will lead all strategy, creative, and digital experience across the PulteGroup brand portfolio, including its Centex, Pulte Homes, Del Webb and Pulte Mortgage brands. Omnicom sister shop Agency 720, which specializes in local marketing, will partner with Organic to execute TV, radio and print.

“Throughout our rigorous search for a new agency partner, we were impressed with Organic’s strategic approach to customer engagement along the entire shopping, purchase, and ownership journey,” said Jim Van Kirk, VP, Marketing Communications, PulteGroup, Inc. “Understanding the need to create engagement in an increasingly digital real estate market was a determining factor in our decision to partner with them.”

“Highly considered purchases like homes require engaging, multi-channel experiences that create connections between the brand and customers,” said Organic CEO David Shulman. “We are thrilled to be working with PulteGroup to create these connections for homebuyers across the country.”

Based in Bloomfield Hills, Michigan, PulteGroup is one of America’s largest homebuilding companies with operations in approximately 50 markets throughout the country. Through its brand portfolio that includes Centex, Pulte Homes, Del Webb and DiVosta Homes, the company is one of the industry’s most versatile homebuilders able to meet the needs of multiple buyer groups and respond to changing consumer demand.
